A: Availability dates and
move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice

A: A maximum of 2 occupants
- 1 bedroom: 2 occupants
- 2 bedroom: 4 occupants
- 3 bedroom: 6 occupants

WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN
A: Water and refuse are
included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity,
sewer, cable, telephone and internet.
HOW DO I INCOME
A: Applicants must meet the
following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any
deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social
security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest
income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring
gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party
verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax
returns and pay stubs may be required.
Nassau Bay participates in an affordable housing program. Total
household income must be under the following limits based on

amenities include: washer and dryer in each home, full equipped
kitchens, ample counter top and cabinet space, screened patios and
balconies, huge walk-in closets, and air conditioning.
